Products marked as "ready" are physically in stock. Shipping time for such orders during the September-December season is 14 to 21 business days from receipt of payment.

Products that are not in stock are marked as PRE ORDER. In this case, the customer can order the product according to their color or size preferences. We reserve the right not to accept returns on custom-made products. The processing time for such orders is approximately 30 business days.
